CRTC Vertical Integration follow-ups due 2 days ago

From CRTC Decision 2011-601:

The Commission also recognizes that, in today’s communications environment, Canadians expect to be in control of what they watch and that their expectations are likely to be heightened with the ongoing transition to digital technology. To this end, the Commission is requesting vertically integrated companies to report by 1 April 2012 on how they have provided consumers with more choice and flexibility in the services they can subscribe to, while at the same time providing them with the ability to only pay for the services they want to watch.

Anybody know anything about any such reports to the CRTC? I'm able enough to find the decisions, but not so much at finding the filings related to them.

None of the incumbents were able to write a report like that to the CRTC because none of them are capable of "providing them with the ability to only pay for the services they want to watch".

It is almost encouraging that the CRTC is talking about this at all, I think it's the biggest threat to a healthy market in communications and entertainment that we face, but in the end if they do get these reports it won't matter how full of BS they will just file them away, pat themselves on the back, carry on allowing the integration and look forward to fat jobs in the companies they are supposedly regulating.
