[IL] Issues in Quad Cities Area?

The last few days I'm been having issues with my modem rebooting/losing sync. Also, when I am able to use it the speeds are very slow (not even able to complete a basic speed test, on an Ultra 50).

I rebooted the modem about a week or two ago (when the service enhancements were announced). I was getting GREAT service after that.

Once the issues started this past weekend, I rebooted the modem again and again. The last time I attempted to do this It took about 10 minutes for it to come back online.

Anyone else having issues in this area? Especially the Coal Valley area.

The signals are looking great at the moment. I show an apple device tied to the modems equipment IP. Are you using a router by chance? If so, can we try and bypass it to see if it gives us the same trouble?

I have tried both ways. Direct and through the router. It seems to be coming in spurts. It took me over 10 minutes to download a 3 meg file about 2 hours ago. Also, I am seeing many sites with a timeout errors. As I write this my Netflix is buffering again. I also noticed modem at times only has three solid lights and the forth one is tying to connect, no acct light.

I have the 50/ 5 and have been having issues in Illinois as well. Called support and they said they showed to much noise inthe upstream? what ever that means. They come tomorrow again. Will see how it goes.
