My cable internet is not working for 4 weeks. I called Acanac support many times, all they could do was keep asking me the follow their procedure to test my line, cable, PC, etc... Then let me wait for 48 hours.
After 48 hours, I called again and did the same procedure. This circle has been recurred 4 times. I am tired to call and asked to cancel my service, then was told they won't refund the rest of period (i paid for 1 year).
Thus, this company can terminate your service at anytime. They simply tell can't fix your issue. Definitely, no refund.

3 business days after I posted my issue here, I got my internet fixed. Finally, a cable technician visited me and fixed the circuit issue in a few minutes.
I've been internet outage for 1 month till today. It looks more effective to post issues here than contact Acanac custom service.
If you were without service for 1 month you can email billing@@acanac.com and tell them that and more than likely they will give you credit for 1 month.
