U-verse (internet & TV) was installed at my home 15 days ago. I previously had Fast Access DSL for my residence & a separate voice & DSL account owned by my employer. Although a new network interface box was installed for dual services, my business DSL has never functioned. I have called numerous times to complain, and only received a reaction when I called to have my U-Verse removed. Although a tech came out to work on, my DSL still does not function and he said a different tech would be here. I escalated to TN Reg Auth, received a call from the Appeals & Escalations Team - who apparently handled only residential issues. The A&E team member referred to Business Escalations yesterday, but I have heard nothing further. What does it take to get these folks to respond? If I receive no reponse, my only choice is to have the U-Verse removed, go back to my residential DSL service and Dish Network.
