Interesting, but are we limited by the wire, or the infrastructure and caps? Right now I'm limited to about 2.3Mb upload. I'm guessing that limit is their choice, and has nothing to do with the type of wire.

Now if they would offer fiber AND higher speeds in both directions, then I'm interested. Actually I only care about the speeds, I don't care how it gets here.

Its likely FTTN since they are burying the thick orange fiber and stringing black cable on the poles.
