Damn DSL supportI do get mad at support that tells me to do stuff too technical for me. Jeezzz, i'm wifi on my system, so i'd have to disconnect everything and get connectec to the modem and bla bla bla and do stuff i don't know about. what the heck...i just upgraded to silver and can't get over 65ko/s uploading. before on bronze....i could upload easily 70ko/s and peaks at 85ko/s.
Damn support....it's always on our part's fault. just like when they told me i was too far from the bell connection with a 20' extension, so i paid to have the connector moved within 6' feet and that didn't make no difference. Many times, support acanac don't know what they're talking about or they just want to get rid of us.
Getting frustrated just after a few days renewal to silver upgrade.

Acanac inc.They have to trouble shoot with you to find out what the problem is. It is much easier if you are on the phone with them so they can guide you through. Oh and they do know what they are talking about. Having it on a 20" extension is way to long. Try giving them a call so they can help you. If they can guide senior ladies through it successfully I imagine they can guide you through it too. |
