The tech support guy told me to reset my router using the button on the back. He then said to call back at the beginning of next week if I continue to have problems because it was most likely temporary "network issues".

Kind of surprised notes were not taken of this call. I was on the phone with him for at least 10 minutes...

Edit: Just lost connection again. Argh! Starting a log now.
