Somehow knowing its that many people makes me feel a little better. Its downright comical listening to the many excuses a customer gets from them. They clearly have no clue whats going on.Its just hard to believe a company the size of comcast cant figure out whats going on. The comcast security specialist said emails went out today about the problem but as of now its not really known why whats happening is happening. She said she is suppose to blame it on compimised email addresses and she was supposed to tell the customer to setup 16 character passwords. FWIW, Comcast i hardly doubt all 7 of my email addresses were hacked in one day 4 of which i have not used in ten years. and you need to look into whatever change you made three weeks ago. looks like i was one of the first of a slew of complaints.
