Improved speeds in Downtown Seattle

Hey, it seems as though Sprint and/or Virgin Mobile upgraded data speeds and latency in Downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, the University District & Magnolia. Formerly a normal result looked like the ones below:




Now, I've been getting the results below:





Except in Ballard & North Seattle, I believe they still need to be upgraded:




Any thoughts on whether this is Network Vision being deployed, or just Sprint finally beefing up heavily loaded area?
