[Troubles] Receive errors in 44035
I have been getting the run-around from frontline Windstream tech support for 3 days. STOP SAYING YOUR SORRY!!!! Jeez... Tired of the script.
Being a Network Engineer for 15+ I know all the stupid scripts, just connect me with Tier2/3 so I can tell/show someone who understands that it can be fixed in 5 minutes.
Hell, the last Tier1 told me it would be April 30th 2012 for a fix and that would be a maybe. B.S.
My issue is I am getting Receive Errors. So for every one good IP packet I get 5 bad.
RT is on Chestnut Ridge Road
Any Windstream Techs around???
