Radio Active My pappy's a pistol Premium join:2003-01-31 Fullerton, CA	[Praise] Target at Placentia and Yorba Linda in Fullerton Bought a cell-phone at Target, didn't like it. Since it was a Boost, and 'twas opened, the "Electronics Department" drone politely said "No refunds on open packages, Sir." (Doing his jobby; it's all good...) "No problem," said I... Hours later, I went to the Customer Services and requested to speak with a manager. Mark said the best he could do was a Target Gift Card; one-time store credit because it was bought and returned on the same day; fair enough, yes? Since I shop there often, a store credit is good... Mark's attitude was pleasant and congenial. He checked everything in the original transaction and was respectful and very businesslike. If I owned that store, I would give him a raise. -- Tengo los pies apestosos.
