Question about IP for Motorola SBG6580 at Status->Software

I am just wondering, something.

If someone has a Motorola SBG6580, if they go to Status->Software, if the Cable Modem IP Address is all just ---.---.---.--- and if they can access the net - what does that mean?

For example it means that their Cable Modem is in bridge mode (not doing NAT).

Thanks.

If that is the spot your talking about logout of the modem And use root to login instead of admin. Then it will shouw you the 10.... ip your modem gets. And No does not mean it is in bridge mode.
