For the DPC3825 modem the Cisco Connect Software. ... It's best that you go to your Rogers store and have them make a copy of the software for you.. Bring a USB memory stick with you and that would make it easier for the Rogers staff when they copy the software for you. |

Rogers Easy Home Networking Connect FAQs: Is Easy Connect software available online to download?Software is not available online. It can only be installed through USB. However, customers can always create a backup copy of Easy Connect USB key or create a backup on any USB flash drive by pressing update or create key link located under Home Networking Modem Settings. » www.rogershelp.com/yahoo ··· d=116-8UI don't have that modem model or software so can't test this FAQ solution. |

What's the point in the software, when you can do everything through the device's web interface? |

Just wondering if it's worth exchanging the SMC modem for the Cisco? I just switched to Ultimate. |

The only advantage I see to the Cisco Connect is in controlling the "Guest Account". I haven't figured out where this is in the web interface. |

End users can't affect channel bonding. It depends on the Rogers hardware in the area. |
