Anyone know someone or use Mad City Broadband / Wireless? It's tempting to get for $25 a month but if it is as bad as I'm seeing then I'll probably have to get Charter.

Stick with Charter, Mad City Broadband sucks (personal opinion). If you can get something from ResTech, its not too bad. TDS also provides high speed access within the City limits (in some areas).
