I've started seeing something similar tonight. I have both a Sprint Airrave and a Obi110. My wife reports that both were working fine for voice calls in the morning, but when she tried to make a call this afternoon, outbound voice quality was unacceptable. Speed tests showed half the speed I should be expecting, but are back to normal now. Packet loss and jitter are still outside of normal ranges -- seeing between 4-7% packet loss and 100+ms jitter.
After 124 continuous pings to google.com I'm getting 5% loss with a minimum ping time of 21 and a max of 919 (avg 37).
