| [Bill] Comcast 2 year contract I had signed up for a 2 year contract back in Oct. of 2010. I was told my first year, after tax, would be $105 per month. Then the second year, after tax, would be $125 per month. I paid $105 for the first year, then I paid $125 for 6 months. Now my bill has gone to $144. I was told I never did sign up for a 2 year contract but for a 6 month promo. I have had the same programing since Oct 2010, and I paid $105 for that full year and the "non promo" price is $144. How did I get a year and a half "promo" when it was only for 6 months. |

| I went almost 4 years on a year promo that was supposed to be a two year contract. i never signed the contract and after a time they raised the rate. I called and they kept on lowering it. Thru it all i found out it was important to sign the contract or have the contract revert to a promo. I never did sign the contract. |
