I am a 76 years old man and have been a Bell costmer for decades. I also have all my services with bell. I got a new phone about an year back. I think I sat on it or dropped it and the ink has spread and the icons and writing is becoming dimmer. I had contected Bell people connected with this several times but I am told that I must pay over 200 dollars to get a new contract. I have been greatly satisfied with bell and have recommended it to many persons. But this is one problem which has not been solved.
