Really long overdue compliments for a very good supportI have been having this connection for the past 8 months and suddenly the speed dropped. It was not related to throttling and hence i called up VIF and the customer service and technical support has been amazing. Not only the problem got fixed within days but they also offered to monitor and help me if required further.
I am really happy to switch over from 2 different providers to VIF. |
