Congratulations to the LA Kings and their Fans for winning the Stanley Cup.
As much as it pains me to say it as i am a Rangers Fan, Congratulations to the Eastern Conference Champion NJ Devils and their ..er..let's see.....1....2.....3.......you can't hold both hands up.......6 Devils Fans for a nice run.
I gave fair warning that i was a Rangers Fan, I am obligated to take a shot when i can.
OK, fine. in all serious now Congratulation to the Eastern Conference Champion NJ Devils on a nice Playoff Run, they did beat the Flyers after all.

I just arrived home from being down there.
I must say that the LAPD, along with the assistance of the CHP, in some areas.....did a damn good job of maintaining order..:+)

Congrats to the Kings. I am still bitter over how Game 6 turned out. The refs totally took that game from the Devils. I have seen worse hits that do not get a guy kicked out of a game. Not to mention the Kings pretty much hit Gionta the same way literally a minute beforehand and no penalty was called. There was no reason for Steve Bernier to get tossed. That 5 min powerplay was balls!!!

I tend to agree with you on that call being the turning point in the game and a bad call at that for a 5 min major. But in the end I think the Kings still would have won the game as they outplayed the Devils and Quick was just amazing again. Congrats to the Kings and hope our Devils meet your Kings next year where the outcome will have a different ending... |
