Cancellation question

Well, it appears the WAF has plummeted with the recent spat of problems, and she wants to ditch VT. If I got the $199/2yr deal, is the 2nd year a "free" year (ie, no pro-rated refund)? I just have to return the PAP2 and I'm free and clear?
