Att Call Forward On Busy Limit I would like to know the limit of call forwarding on busy for business single line phone numbers. I called ATT and the rep I spoke to briefly did not know.
Ex: Someone calls me but I am on the phone, the call gets forwarded to another number.
A third call comes in while I am still on the phone and the second person is talking to someone on the line that the call was forwarded to.
What happens to that third caller?
Would they also be forwarded on (so the person on the line that the call was forwarded to can use call waiting)?
If the line will forward multiple calls, what's the limit (I have seen claims of 10 for a single full feature line)?
