I make it a 339 ohm 1% resistor (it has 4 value bands, and the tolerance band looks brown not gold). However, it is a little strange for a 1% to have that background colour, I think...

You DO know that Rogers has instructed TPIA IISPs to not state Rogers' name any more, yes ? That only applies to the IISP's not to customers like US so if I want to I'll keep on being a sarcastic bastid and call Rogers/Robbers and so on and so forth, just cuz I can.
