Putting aside my obvious bias towards survival and game winning and also my feelings about drew being mafia, I'd prefer to lynch inactives, even if it means town losing a player because they are paralyzing the game.
Being busy and offline can happen. Being here and not participating is either laying low mafia or lack of interest maybe.
