We have several of these Zhone 1518-A1-NA Rev. E1 ADSL2+ modem/router that will auhenticate users on the first attempt and then after the PPPoE session timeout occurs it does not attempt to reconnect. The hardware has to be powercycled for it to logon again. Firmware is up-to-date.
Is there any advice on where to look for an answer to this issue?
