WOW Installed Today! Cablecard IssueGuy came to install cable/internet today. Internet flies! It's working awesome! Very impressed!
My Tivo Premiere with Cablecard never authorized, Guy said it may take a while, 3 hours later, I called into support. Very friendly! But they couldn't figure out the issue, so must wait until Monday when they can send someone back out.
All HD channels and SD channels in the Signature line all just pop up "Not Authorized"
Any further tips and tricks, guy on the phone sent a signal a few times, and had me reboot the tivo.
We'll take advantage of this high speed though, until then, so it's all good. |

There not sending the right authorization signal. I had that happen too. I had to have them try a couple of times.
I don't think having someone come out will help, but maybe WOW-Dan can help. |

I had same issue initially. Called in twice, still didn't have resolved. Scheduled truck roll and when called to confirm appointment they tried again and it worked. So my experience was keep calling. |
