If you think about it, if all it takes to attract a customer is a low introductory price, that's all it will take to lose the same customer when that promotion expires.
They rely on the idea that the hassle of changing will let them keep at least some of those customers.
Whining and calling them "undesirable" just because they're looking for exactly what brought them to you in the first place seems somewhat disingenuous.
