When things are going wrong it's time to objectively analyze and act. Something some companies aren't good at and the bigger the company the harder it is. I'm thinking of RIMM. Not to bash them because I love my BB but they sure aren't figuring it out very quick.
Kinda like trying to turn around the titanic - their turning radius is wide and slow to respond.
I don't mean to imply that Cogeco and RIM are sinkin like the titanic. However ignoring signals early on can and does produce disasterous results.
