[HD] New Castle County DE - All Digital 6/5/12

Got word NCC, DE is finally going all digital on 6/5/12, nearly 8 months after the process was started counties away in PA.

Glad to see a date is finally set! Now bring those HD's to Delaware.

I was told june for my area too but apparently only 5 or 6 hd channels because of bandwidth constraints.
