Ended up taking the afternoon off so I could get ahead of the weather. It's better that I should take time off and for sure not be productive than risk letting me work at home and be slightly less productive.  |

Yeah, the wind is pretty bad. Only briefly hit the 55mph they were predicting though. I was waiting for my patio door to blow in or shatter!
Less than an inch of snow however, and at least according to the Rockford forecast it's about over. Can see on the radar the edge of the system is just west of I-39 right now. Still it's enough to create white out conditions in open areas. |

kudos:2 | Same here. Its windy, but it looks like it has stopped snowing.
Looking out at the front yard, it looks like we just got a little more then a dusting on the grass and the cars. The driveway, street, and sidewalk are wet and have little to no snow on them. |
