Someone get a broom!
OKC has swept the defending champs, Dallas out of the playoffs 4-0.
Spurs also swept Jazz 4-0. |

This entire season for Dallas was one big ass joke. What a waste. |

OKC was definitely better, but they also got a bit (?!) lucky in the first 2 games.
I wonder how far the Nuggets can stretch their series. |

Here is what the current standings look like (Courtesy of Yahoo sports). The Knicks were officially eliminated from the Playoffs with a loss in game 5 to Miami. Let's hope Lebron actually has a 4th quarter this year. I think the Spurs will defeat either the Grizzlies or the Clippers (whichever one wins the matchup). |

The Lakers pulled off an exciting and convincing win in Game 7 vs Denver tonight! |

I am hoping Kobe will's his team to the finals and takes another ring from LeBron.
OKC will be the biggest challenge. |

OKC will be the biggest challenge. If the Lakers continue to play the way they played tonight, it'll be a short second round for them. |

Agreed its more of a prayer than a bet.
But if the big man wanna play like super stars they can and then the team becomes hard to beat. Guess we will see who shows up.
Also, so sick of Metta World Peace. Why do the best defence men have to be retarted. I guess hes just kobe's rodman. |

Lebrick or Lechoke came through again last night. I'm cheering for the local team Sixers all the way. |

I never understood Boshs role in heat until yesterday.
Lebron and wade can't win without bosh? Seriously? I guess this gives them an excuse to lose this year. |

Bosh does play a role. Perimeter guys such as Lebron don't like to go bang down low. Can he play down there? Yes he has the height, speed, and power but it takes a lot more energy down there. Lebron even said himself that it is more taxing. But yeah another reason for them to have an excuse. |

One thing I noticed about games with Bosh is he is a good defender that can effectively defend often without committing a foul. He is also good at getting rebounds.
The guys that took Bosh's place yesterday seemed to get into foul trouble early. |

The Lakers really hung in there. A much better game than game 1.
Granted, they still lost by two points (I feel LA should have had this game, being up by 7 with 2 minutes left). However, kudos to OKC for getting the win.
The Celtics dominated the 76ers in Philly, it's a good series. |

Call me delerious, but I am hoping the Black Mamba will pull this out of his ass. He just has to relize its on him to get dumb and dumber over 7ft to play with some god damn urgency.
Hes chasing Jordan, and I'd like to see him catch him on rings. But Jordan always had his teams best because his attitude demanded it. I'd like to see that intensity from Kobe instead of this been here done that attitude of late. |

Yeah. I'm not sure what is going on. Does he dislike the coach? Does he secretly dislike Bynum? |

An embarrassing loss for the Clippers and Heat today.
I predict a OKC vs Spurs matchup for the West and Pacers vs Celtics for the East.
I could be surprised if any of the teams that are down right now manage to even the series. Both LA teams are down 0-2 vs their opponent.
Miami just needs people who can score (other than Lebron). He can't be the whole team by himself. |

Great wins by Philly and LA Lakers today.
Maybe there's going to be a good series with these games after all.
5/19/2012
Not a good day for LA NBA teams. Both lost to their opponents today. Spurs will probably sweep the Clippers.
Though the Lakers haven't come back from a 3-1 deficit before; in the 2010 NBA finals, they did come back to win the next two games and beat Boston (originally down 3-2).
The Lakers could still make this a longer series if everyone truly plays the games like it was their last of the season (which it will be if they lose again). |
