Mail Server is Mdaemon from AltN which is owned by RIM FYI which holds all my mailing lists.

From the time the forecast is issued to the time I have it emailed out to my 500ish people is about 15-25 seconds.
The MTO traffic side is a mailman listserver for the lists because it allows me to sort by topic so people can subscribe to just the reports they want. I have a php script that hits the MTO website every 60 seconds, checks for updates, formats the update and emails it out and then a email to twitter app to send out the twitters.
Mail for this goes through the same Mdaemon mail server above.
In the end you either get this:
