Here's the quote from the link: Agent Phil Coulson of SHIELD is secretly the Vision. Ill tell you why.
1.The movies have already established that both Synthezoids (Captain America) and Life Model Decoys (Avengers, Iron Man 2 [Stark Expo]) exist. Fully passable androids are already around. 2.Coulson has never exhibited emotion, not once. He remains cool calm and collected in the most insane situations. Even after being stabbed through the chest by Loki he barely bats an eyelash and advises Fury to use his death to motivate the team. 3.Coulson was somehow able to get through Stark Towers security systems basically unchallenged 4.When talking about Coulson after his death Fury says he lost his one good eye, a clear reference to Coulsons codename Vision. Coulson has acted as Furys eyes in the field in every single aspect of the Avengers Initiative 5.The one subject he expresses any real enthusiasm in is Captain America, a contemporary of Jim Hammond, the original Synthezoid on which the Vision was based. 6.And most importantly, if this is true then Phil Coulson is alive.
It was damn near perfect. I loved every minute of it.
@snakeoil: I have to disagree on the Hulk. Ruffalo, IMO, did better than Norton. I like his take on it, and felt it was more true to character.
Super Spoiler below for possible future movies. You have been warned.
(spoiler)
That guy is just trying too hard.
Clark Gregg is not in Iron Man 3. Where does it say he will be in the movie? I would love to be proven wrong however. As for getting around Start Tower's security, it's not like Pepper couldn't have just hooked him up with access as they seem to be friendly towards each other and beneficial in providing data to protect Starks.
I swear he was on IMBD until just recently. Oh well, there's always hope.
The way it was handled by Fury, regardless of the Vision theory, leads me to think his death was not an actual death. The cards, what Coulson says when he closes his eyes..... Not entirely buying it. But I could be wrong.
I really enjoyed the fighting scenes. They were easy to follow, unlike a lot of big action movies these days. Edge of your seat shit. Very well done.
Who said that he's dead...Fury? as if he's always told the truth eh....I'm betting he's still alive too, not as Vision but just because of what he said...they needed a reason, don't mean it's the truth though...remember this is Marvel...only folks that stay dead are Uncle Ben and Bucky...oh wait...NM...
I don't understand how War Machine would carry his own movie, it would sort of like be a movie about a Robin solo (from Batman). I always saw War Machine as Iron Man's backup, nothing more.
This was the most anticipated movie, for me, in a long time. It did not disappoint. An ensemble is probably the hardest type of movie to pull off well, and they did a great job. Whedon does it again.
To the guy that hasn't seen any of the previous: you should really have seen Thor and Captain America, as they really laid the groundwork for this story.
Now if only DC could get their act together and give us the Justice League...
Out of the 3 actors to play Hulk, I still think Edward Norton did it the best, as Banner.
Hate to get old school on you, but Bill Bixby nailed the role of Bruce Banner in the old TV show. The Hulk parts were dumb, but the Banner stuff was spot on.

My understanding is that differant companies own the rights to each of the DC charactors and those companies don't want to work together.
Kinda like how the fantastic four, X-men and spiderman won't get to make crossovers with the Avengers, even though galactus vs apocalypse would be awsome (and they're both marvel).

No man,....no,...
I believe Stowe Griffin from Family Guy was actually the better Bruce Banner, ..
I haven't seen any of the individual films, iron man, CA, Thor, but I kinda DO want to see this. Maybe because it's a geek-fest as far as several superheroes at once, don't know, but something about it makes me want to go see it.
The movies will be getting some of my money this summer.
I STRONGLY suggest you see ALL of the individual films BEFORE seeing the Avengers. It will make the film MUCH more enjoyable and understandable.
I really liked The Avengers along with all of the individual films! I'm so surprised that they were able to make FOUR great individual films and then made one AWESOME Film to cap it all off!

What cap off? They are making Iron Man 3, Captain America 2, Thor 2, and The Avengers 2.
Yea, IIRC it's at the end with the news broadcasts. He says something along the lines of "Superheroes? In NYC? Bahhhh..." I am going off of memory though so it may be a bit off.
I am not really a fan of the avengers but I admit I became curious about this film. My office mates always talk about it at work. Because of curiosity, I've watched it. It is a good film.
