No, with the site problems, I didn't know if everyone kept their same username. I haven't changed mine in years, but if someone had changed it to something that had come available in the past two years, they might have lost that change and reverted back to an old username.
Anyway that is what I was thinking may have happened. I didn't know we picked up a newbie when the site was down.
