Anon	[Availability] can someone help me out why cant i get a upgrade on my u verse high speed internet cause when i call customer service the data base doesn't find my address but my neighbors have 12 mbps and other neighbors can get it on the other side of my house. so i had a tech to come out and he told me that my house could get up to 20mbps i just was wondering is it another way to get around the service data base
