This is a partial repost of something I said in another thread, but if I were Justin, I would have retained counsel and sued NAC for costs, damages and lost revenue, plus punitive damages for wanton neglect and false representation of services. What they did is simply unconscionable.
If nothing else, this should be as public as possible so the court of public opinion decides the value of NAC's services appropriately.

I think their other customers and potential customers should have a right to know if they just don't give a rat's white whisker about backups, backup power and equipment maintenance [not to mention the technical knowledge and/or competence of their datacenter employees].
I think I read that he wants to move from there.
