I've been trying to get my Ceton InfiniTV card provisioned and have been having trouble. I had the install in March but have not had much time to mess with it until now.
The front line phone support was not able to help me out last night so I have a tech scheduled to come out tomorrow. I'm however concerned that even then since this is a seemingly rare setup for a tech to encounter that he/she won't have much better luck.
I've been emailing with Ron Frazier and he seems to think it might just need the EMM re-sent. I'm going to call and see how far I can get this evening.
