Sprint's putting in more towers... apparently?

Looking at their 4G availability map, Sprint is apparently moving north west of San Antonio, and putting in more towers. I wonder if I can get a 4G signal form them.

I JUST WANT INTERNET WHERE I LIVE, 5mi SE of FREDERICKSBURG... FFS!
