[AB] Packet loss and high jitter

Minted join:2012-05-13	[AB] Packet loss and high jitter This has been going on for 9~ hours now. I have been getting spikes every minute and have lost my connection during some of them. Does anyone have any advice or an idea on what is wrong? It was perfect yesterday.

Called Shaw to have signal levels checked? - May have been some maintence today/last night. -- Yes, I am not employed and looking for IT work. Have passport, will travel.
