Actually, they DO, but not all of their reps seem to even KNOW about it, and yer right, it's not like Bell's.
It's called 'Customer Loyalty', it's gutless, and it only will offer you any breaks if you've been a customer for at least a year.
One rep hooked me to them during my exodus, and that's how it went.

| When I left, 5 years ago, they didn't offer me any retentions. Asked me which ISP I was going to, & why. They really didn't give a shit.
