Actually, they DO, but not all of their reps seem to even KNOW about it, and yer right, it's not like Bell's.
It's called 'Customer Loyalty', it's gutless, and it only will offer you any breaks if you've been a customer for at least a year.
One rep hooked me to them during my exodus, and that's how it went.
We have only 2 things about which to worry :
(1) That things may never get back to normal
(2) That they already HAVE !

When I left, 5 years ago, they didn't offer me any retentions. Asked me which ISP I was going to, & why. They really didn't give a shit.
It appears not much has changed over the years.
