Channels & Signal Levels

They have been turning on and off upstream channel bonding here in Loudoun County, VA for the past week, but now it looks like its on for good. I have 3 channels bonded now instead of just 2.

Signal levels are still horrible, though. The drop to the house is most likely original to the house, buried in late 1994. No sign of it ever being replaced. For 2 months, signal levels on the downstream were -4 or -5db, then all of a sudden changed to the poor levels.
