So would the lights on the modem.
If DS and US are flashing, then the modme is not authorized - the new modems, I think all 4 flash, Power, DS, US, Online, but my general statment of DS and US flashing applies.
If DS is the only one flashing, no downstream internet signal, US flashing, is having difficulity sending infomation back to Shaw.
Also, on and off, is not a non-pay issue, non-pay would simply not work.
