Moving to Cleveland Heights, Ohio. ISP recommendations?
I know Time Warner is a provider at my apartment and they're running promos for new customers ($30 for 10/1, $40 for 15/?) for 12 months. Is there a list of good ISPs in that area somewhere so I can comparison shop / have a bargaining chip with TW once my 12 months are up.
