Re: [Northeast] properly marking Verizon lines I'm familiar with Digsafe requirements in the northeast, and how utilities are supposed to be marked. Are you referring to a buried line from multiple residences out to junction boxes at the street? Give me a little more to work with.
Whether it's existing cable or telecom, the marking color is orange. White is used to mark a proposed utility. |

I assumed we were talking about digging and utilities.
White is used for proposed excavations, period. Excavations are used for structures, foundations, etc., as well as utilities. |
