babes on longboards, long hill run in Washington state
Last summer this hill enjoyed a large intl event. Apparently many skaters had avoided the venue for not being super gnarly but came to appreciate it for forcing the adoption & practice of new race skills. It's an endurance run with few crashes so racers remain on the track and in tight packs. One guy said he'd never had to pace himself before, constantly survey the field, and focus on tactical techniques to hold or improve a position. Unusually high visibility down track as well.
But this one's eye candy, not a race. And camera guy has huge respect from me. Go full screen & enjoy.
