Yeah, it was definitely there. PM a mod and maybe you can get it back, or at least get an answer as to why it was moved.

(I have seen some clear TOS-breakers get moved in there, too, like racist stuff and active discussion of piracy, so it's not just for spam.)

I can 3rd that it had reappeared. I put my post about the NWS update there, then wondered why nobody commented.
