The service I'm currently on (Ultimate 30), is expected to go up $2-$3 per month.. (I'm in the middle of applying for transfer..)The flyer I received said quotas were also going to be raised, but it didn't say by how much, and there's no information anywhere..Many people have bundled packages, with would still make it cost prohibitive to change (assuming other factors weren't an issue).
