Re: Service Availability don't sign up with Acanac. The company is a scam.
You can't reach billing department through phone. You have to send emails and they take forever to reply.
It may look cheap, they will scam you some how. |

| Thanks theepan. You are right. I tried to call them before i signed up and I am glad I did. They put me on hold for over 40 min and then hanged up on me. They only time they answer right away is when you sign up. I already signed up with teksaavy. You pay a little pit more many but you get a way better services.

kudos:7 | Sorry you could not get hold of someone. if you called on Monday morning it is usually very busy. Sometimes best time to call is later in the evening when the hold times are not so long. |
