| [IMG] Box Died One of my HD boxes died during the 1.9.1 IMG software upgrade. All it does is flash four 8s. Called tech support and they were unable to make contact with the box. Verizon is shipping me a new box today.
One quick question......Where is the automatic turn off at a set amount of time. Looked a couple of times but couldnt find it. |

| Something you may want to try if you need to use the box before the new one arrives, leave it unplugged for ~1hr and plug it back in. I had a box that had a similar issue after short power blips, it would flash all 8's but would work fine after leaving it off for awhile. Eventually I got tired of that and just had it replaced. |
