"Important Upgrade To Your Cable Receivers
Dear Valued Customer,
Tomorrow, May 24th, Cox will be performing a software upgrade to your Whole Home DVR receivers that will offer new features and enhanced performance.
While we don’t expect you to experience any problems as a result of this upgrade, most of the time, issues associated with an upgrade can be self-corrected by rebooting your receiver. You can reboot your receiver by unplugging the power cord, waiting 30 seconds and plugging the power back in.
