"Important Upgrade To Your Cable Receivers
Dear Valued Customer,
Tomorrow, May 24th, Cox will be performing a software upgrade to your Whole Home DVR receivers that will offer new features and enhanced performance.
While we dont expect you to experience any problems as a result of this upgrade, most of the time, issues associated with an upgrade can be self-corrected by rebooting your receiver. You can reboot your receiver by unplugging the power cord, waiting 30 seconds and plugging the power back in.

Anyone know what they are upgrading and adding, or is it mostly back end stuff they we won't notice. |
