 | Any plans on adding Unlimited 30/2 ? I will be switching in July from videotron and was wondering if an unlimited 30/2 is something you guys are contemplating? Im in the gatineau region and wanted to go with Ebox but if there's no unlimited I will be choosing Teksavy.
Thanks |

500 GB - 59.95$ 575 GB - 64.95$ 650 GB - 69.95$ 725 GB - 74.95$ 800 GB - 79.95$

 | Ok thanks for getting back to me, The issue is that with the Max of Blocs up to 800GB that's still more $ than teksavy's unlimited.
Not that i use over 800GB very often but it does happen and it would be nice not to have to monitor my bandwidth all the time.
its a shame as from what i hear your customer support is better than tek's (not that I call very often, if i did its because the Cable is dead then it goes to videotron any ways) |

 | But I can get the 8MB unlimited though? and that's the line speed I have atm that I sometimes use over 800GB.
I completely understand that from a business point its not a good idea. but with a 30MB line I would expect user's to be heavy down loaders. The only reason to get a line that fast is to get larger files faster
Well thanks for the info, and maybe one day you guys will raise your limits to where I can join.
But on another note I really appreciate you guys (3rd party ISPs) giving us MUCH MUCH better options then those price gouging *astards at videotron. There bandwidth limits are a joke. |

Yes the reasons are historic; a lot of clients signed up for that over the years when it was the only option and we did not wanted to mess with their business.
The fact that the line speed is lower makes a different impact on the capacity planning at peaks hours. -- Electronic Box Inc. - Jean-Philippe Béïque Ebox forum »ELECTRONICBOX |

Well i will not take up any more of your time.
Much appreciated |

 | Any progress on the Off Peak on Cable ? you said a while ago that you were working on a solution for that... any progress at all? |

diskaceElectronic Box CEOPremium,VIP join:2002-02-21 | No it is not working well. There is a bug we can't fix because the lookup tool is half-broken. We reported the problem to our provider but it's been on the ice for quite a while. -- Electronic Box Inc. - Jean-Philippe Béïque Ebox forum »ELECTRONICBOX |
